All the staff was pretty friendly, solved my issues. Excellent service was provided. The hotel's position was marvellous and amazing right next to bars and restaurants. There was a lot of places nearby that offered food: bars and restaurants.

Beautiful views of the port area enhance your stay.

Noise from the street-bar kept us awake until early morning. The room felt cramped compared to the online photos, disappointing. On top of that, the air conditioning was turned off centrally, leaving us with stuffy conditions when we needed the windows closed for quiet.

What a letdown. The restaurant was apparently reserved for a local rugby team, leaving no food for us regular guests, can you believe it? If that wasn't enough, the pool was often overcrowded and barely attended-definitely not my idea of luxury! You'd think a place like this would throw in some complimentary treats, but no, just another disappointing detail. So sad!
